Saviour-V teleports in...

Heh. There's always a first for everything.

Yesterday, I decided to go up to Genting Highlands, a highlands resort in the state of Pahang. Just for the chill. Not for the rides, nor the casino, nor the hotels.

Although I was also wondering about how much it would cost to get there (RM6.10 from the Gombak Putra-LRT terminal, inclusive of bus and cable car fare, one-way), and how long it would take to reach the place (about an hour or so).

I must say that while it felt good to be up there, even with my laptop, I still felt lonely. Plus, I should've brought a camera. I missed far too many beautiful scenes when the fog came in a few times. Also, it had been quite a while since I last visited the place with my family, so going there on my own marked my independence, to a certain extent.

Of course, getting there in the first place was one thing. The original idea was to get out of the apartment and catch the first train by about 6 a.m., but I overslept, and had to catch the train at about 10 a.m. Of course, I still managed to arrive in Genting by 1 p.m., but time flies too fast when you're having fun.

Even though it was just for the chill...^_^;;

Also managed to play a few new games down there. Ghost Squad, a gunner's game with a Counter-Strike feel to it, and the Ohmega Forces firing range simulator. Need to perfect my aim a bit more though.

Good times. Of course, having a few friends along would've made it sweeter.

Saviour-V teleports out...

Current Music: "For Endless Fight III", from the Remastered Tracks Rockman Zero: Telos album.

They're seeding the album on BitTorrent at Planet Megaman. Go check out the place.
